Senior Bioinformatician

Role Overview: As a Senior Bioinformatician with 4-6 years of experience in genomic data analysis, your primary responsibility will be to apply computational techniques to interpret large-scale genomic data, with a specific focus on generating consumer genomics insights. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your expertise in NGS/microarray data analysis to extract meaningful information from genomic datasets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement bioinformatics pipelines for data analysis. - Apply your proficiency in Python and Linux/UNIX systems to carry out data processing and analysis efficiently. - Contribute to the design and execution of experiments to address specific research questions related to genomics. Qualifications Required: - PhD or Master's degree in Bioinformatics or a related field. - 4-6 years of hands-on experience in NGS/microarray data analysis. - Proficiency in Python and Linux/UNIX systems. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
