As a Senior BI/Data Analyst at Exusia, a cutting-edge digital transformation consultancy, you will be part of the Analytics practice, focusing on delivering top-notch technology solutions using Azure/AWS, Tableau, and/or MSBI (Power BI) for clients. With more than 6 years of experience in Microsoft technologies, you will have the opportunity to contribute to competency development, drive innovation, and work on client projects. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for developing, designing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports, delivering Microsoft-based Data engineering & Analytics solutions for clients, and providing technical leadership on multiple projects. Additionally, you will design data pipelines, collaborate with delivery leadership, and contribute to the growth of the Microsoft Analytics practice. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, design, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports. - Work on client projects to deliver Microsoft-based Data engineering & Analytics solutions. - Provide hands-on technical leadership for relevant technical skills on multiple projects if required. - Engineer and implement scalable analytics solutions on premise & Cloud platforms. - Design data pipelines to ingest & integrate structured/unstructured data from heterogeneous sources. - Collaborate with delivery leadership to deliver projects on time adhering to quality standards. - Contribute to the growth of the Microsoft Analytics practice by helping with solutioning for prospects. - Contribute to talent recruitment, competency building, and providing mentorship to junior resources. **Qualifications Required:** - In-depth knowledge of SQL Server/SSIS for ETL processing. - Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Factory. - Working knowledge of Power BI, Power BI Embedded, and .NET. - Problem-solving skills, interpersonal & communication skills. - Self-starter with the ability to work on various Azure Services in the Analytics space. **About Exusia:** Exusia is a global technology consulting company that empowers clients to accelerate business objectives through data management and analytics solutions.
