Senior BI Analyst, Finance

As a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with 4-6 years of experience, you will be joining our finance BI team. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using SQL, Alteryx, Azzure Data Pipeline, and Power BI. Additionally, you will collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather business requirements, develop and optimize complex SQL queries and Alteryx workflows, create advanced interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, troubleshoot data integrity issues, and document processes and technical details for future reference. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using SQL, Alteryx, Azzure Data Pipeline, and Power BI. - Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, Alteryx workflows, and functions for data extraction and transformation. - Create advanced interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize data insights. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integrity and report performance. - Document processes, solutions, and technical details for future reference. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 4-6 years of strong experience in BI development, with a focus on SQL, Alteryx, and Power BI. - Strong proficiency in Tableau, writing complex SQL queries, and performance tuning. - Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Alteryx, Informatica, or equivalent. - Expertise in designing and developing dashboards and reports using Power BI. - Good understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and relational databases. - Experience in working with large datasets and optimizing query performance. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: - Hands-on experience on ADF data pipeline or Microsoft Fabric is a plus. - Knowledge of SAP functionalities will be a plus. - Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages. - Familiarity with data governance and data quality management.,
