Senior Barista / Senior Cook

We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual with experience working in a kitchen and/or as a barista. The ideal candidate should be able to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, assist in kitchen operations, and ensure excellent customer service.

Barista Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks.
• Operate coffee machines and grinders efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
• Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy.
• Engage with customers and provide friendly service.

Kitchen Assistance Duties:

• Assist in food preparation, including chopping, cooking, and plating.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety standards.
• Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy hours.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of food ingredients.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a kitchen and/or as a barista.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
