Senior Banner Developer / Digital Animator

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative technologist who thrives on bringing visual concepts to life through animation and interactive elements.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and animate high-quality digital advertising banners

  (HTML5, rich media, GIF, static) for various campaigns and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media, programmatic display).

• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and content teams

  to translate campaign objectives and creative concepts into compelling animated banner experiences.

• Ensure banners are optimized for performance, file size, and cross-browser/device compatibility.

• Implement tracking and analytics tags (e.g., Google Analytics, DoubleClick) within banner creatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital advertising, animation, and web development.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our creative development processes and best practices.

What We're Looking For (Required Skills & Experience):

• 3+ years of professional experience

  in digital banner development, web animation, or front-end web development with a strong animation focus.

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

  for creating interactive and animated web content.

• Strong portfolio

  showcasing a range of digital banners, animated web elements, or interactive web experiences.
• Excellent understanding of digital advertising best practices, ad specifications, and optimization techniques.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Highly Desired Skills (Ideal Candidate):

• Expertise in Adobe Animate (formerly Flash Professional)

  for creating HTML5 Canvas animations and interactive banner ads.
• Experience integrating banners with ad serving platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Sizmek, DoubleClick Studio).
• Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) for asset preparation.
