Senior Backend Software Engineer / SMTS

Key Responsibilities: - Build new components in the evolving market technology to enhance scale and efficiency. - Develop production-ready code for millions of cloud platform users. - Design, implement, and optimize robust APIs and API framework features for a multi-tenant environment. - Contribute to all phases of SDLC, including design, implementation, code reviews, automation, and testing. - Create efficient components on a microservice multi-tenant SaaS cloud environment. - Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical guidance based on seniority level. Qualifications Required: - Mastery of multiple programming languages and platforms. - 5+ years of backend software development experience, including designing distributed systems at scale. - Proficiency in object-oriented programming and scripting languages like Java, Python, Scala, C#, Go, Node.JS, and C++. - Strong skills in PostgreSQL/SQL and working with relational and non-relational databases. - Knowledge of software development best practices and leadership skills. - Degree or equivalent relevant experience required, with evaluation based on core competencies for the role.
