Senior Backend Software Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Software Developer to join our team at TECH-INTELLEON Digital Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality backend solutions for the Prana Tree platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, set technical standards, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the technology roadmap for Prana Tree. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing web applications, mentoring and training less experienced developers, guiding agile processes within the team, and contributing to the technology roadmap for Prana Tree. You should have intermediate to advanced experience in C# & .NET Framework, proven experience in RESTful API Development, strong experience working with relational databases and SQL, hands-on experience with Agile Methodologies, and an advanced understanding of design patterns like CQRS. Additionally, you should be familiar with caching strategies, HTTP fundamentals, and performance optimization in Web Technologies, proficient in asynchronous and concurrent programming in Concurrency, have experience with TDD/BDD and code quality methodologies, and be proficient with Version Control using Git. Experience with Microsoft Azure, CI/CD, Microservices Architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and development pipeline security and observability tools is preferred.
