Senior Backend Platform Lead

The client is looking for a Lead Software Engineer with expertise in Kotlin and Java for a full-time position in Thiruvananthapuram, India. As a lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and guiding complex backend and microservices projects. Your role will involve providing technical leadership to engineering teams, ensuring code quality, and driving delivery throughout the software development lifecycle. Your key responsibilities will include leading the design, development, and delivery of backend services and microservices using Kotlin and Java. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish technical standards and uphold best engineering practices. Additionally, you will mentor and guide junior engineers, conduct regular code reviews, and offer technical direction.
