Senior Backend Developer

Role Overview: As a Senior Backend Developer Java, Spring Boot & Cloud, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain backend services using Java Spring and JavaScript. You will focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud-based solutions on AWS, with a preference for GCP or Azure. Additionally, you will work with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB for data persistence. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and develop Kubernetes-based microservices, caching solutions, and messaging systems like Kafka - Implement monitoring, logging, and ing using tools like Grafana, CloudWatch, Kibana, and PagerDuty - Participate in on-call rotations, handle incident response, and contribute to operational playbooks - Adhere to software design principles, algorithms, and best practices to ensure technical excellence - Write clear, well-documented code and contribute to technical documentation Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience as a backend developer with at least 5+ years of experience - Proficiency in Java Spring framework and JavaScript - Experience with at least one cloud provider, with AWS being preferred and knowledge of GCP or Azure - Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles - Familiarity with microservice architectures, containerization, and Kubernetes - Knowledge of caching solutions and event-driven architectures using Kafka - Ability to work in a globally distributed environment and contribute to high availability services - Strong communication skills with an emphasis on technical documentation If you are interested in this opportunity, please share your updated resume to yash.b@s3staff.com.,
