Job Description

You will be part of Information and Document Systems, a global technology change and delivery organization with a team spread across Switzerland, Poland, and Singapore. Your primary focus will be on providing global capturing and document processing, archiving, and retrieval solutions to all business divisions, particularly supporting Legal, Regulatory, and Operational functions. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and managing data solutions on Azure, developing and maintaining data pipelines using Databricks, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval using Azure Storage and Data Lake, and automating infrastructure and application deployments with Ansible. You will be expected to write clean, maintainable code in C# core, SQL, and Python, optimize code/application performance, and stay updated with state-of-the-art technologies, tools, and engineering practices. Collaborating with team members using Git and GitLab for version control and CI/CD will also be a key aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you must have at least 10 years of software development experience, a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and proficiency in deploying and managing services on Microsoft Azure. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of Azure Storage and Microsoft Fabric concepts, experience in designing, implementing, and managing data lakes and Databricks on Azure, and proficiency in using Ansible for automation and configuration management. Strong programming skills in C# core, SQL, and Python, along with expertise in version control using Git and GitLab for CI/CD pipelines, are essential. In addition to technical skills, you should possess strong cross-discipline and cross-group collaboration skills, a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences, and excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting abilities. The ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and solutions, whether internal or from the Open-Source community, is crucial for success in this role. While not mandatory, experience in Agile Framework and knowledge of the Banking/Investment Banking domain would be advantageous.
