Senior AWS Engineer

As a Senior AWS CDK Engineer, your role involves defining and reviewing CDK Pipelines and architecture to build complex and scalable applications/products. You are a critical member providing hands-on solutioning and development of AWS CDK infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Strong expertise in AWS services and features, including VPC, EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and more. - Create and manage AWS resources, including Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), EC2 instances, RDS databases, Lambda functions, and more, using CDK constructs. - Leverage AWS CDK with TypeScript to code and deploy infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. - Should have architected and designed complex application applications and product features. - Advanced knowledge of Object-Oriented Design, Microservices, Service-Oriented Architecture, and Application Integration Design Patterns. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and articulation skills along with strong technical depth across cloud technology areas, Microservices, Java stack having in-depth knowledge in several areas, and breadth and interest across a much larger range. You are expected to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively, creating and delivering presentations articulating vision, findings, and approach to all stakeholders. In terms of responsibilities, you will be designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure using AWS and CDK. You will write and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using AWS CDK to automate deployments, configuration, and management of cloud resources. Collaborating with software engineers and other cloud professionals to build efficient and cost-effective cloud solutions, working with various AWS services, implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployments, and ensuring secure configuration of cloud resources are also key aspects of your role. Furthermore, troubleshooting and resolving cloud infrastructure issues, monitoring performance, optimizing resource utilization, reducing costs, staying updated with the latest AWS services, features, and best practices, documenting infrastructure designs, processes, and procedures, and participating in disaster recovery and high availability strategies are part of your responsibilities.,
