Job Description

We are seeking a skilled

Senior JavaScript Automation Tester

to join our collaborative team.

As a JavaScript Automation Tester, you will play a central role in advancing our Test Automation initiatives, leveraging your expertise in JavaScript and Automation Testing. Your contributions will include driving the creation of Test Automation solutions, refining current practices, and partnering with cross-functional teams to uphold the quality and reliability of our software offerings.

Responsibilities

Create Test Automation based on the existing solution (JavaScript)
Analyze the existing solution and recommend improvements
Facilitate onboarding for new Test Automation engineers
Coordinate the activities of the Test Automation team and provide guidance
Collaborate with Test Automation teams from both the customer and 3rd-party vendor sides
Align with QA Managers to determine priorities and strategic approaches
Develop and maintain Test Automation frameworks
Transition existing tests to the new solution and reorganize them effectively
Develop a robust integration test package
Address gaps in test coverage by adding new scenarios
Engage with the Business Analyst and Development team to deliver tasks promptly and with expected quality
Propose innovative ideas for test/code design

Requirements

Minimum 5-9 years of experience in Automation Testing
A minimum of 2.5 to 3 years of relevant experience in JavaScript
Knowledge of Protractor, Mocha, Chai, Jest, Puppeteer, or Cypress
Qualifications in JavaScript, TypeScript, UI Automation, and WebDriver I/O
Understanding of API Automation, Test Strategy, writing test cases, and Test Automation frameworks
