The IT Quality Sr Analyst is a seasoned professional role who applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge to contribute to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow within the defined area. Your role involves integrating subject matter and industry expertise, requiring a deep understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function to contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. You will evaluate moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact by weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Good analytical skills are crucial for filtering, prioritizing, and validating potentially complex and dynamic material. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are also essential as you will regularly assume informal/formal leadership roles within teams, coach and train new recruits, and have a significant impact in terms of project size and geography. Responsibilities: - Responsible for initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production, making recommendations of solutions and improvements; may also include software quality assurance testing. - Conduct complex process monitoring, product evaluation, and audit assignments; report issues and make recommendations for solutions. - Ensure project standards and procedures exist, are fully documented, and followed throughout the software development life cycle; make recommendations for enhanced documentation. - Monitor products and processes for conformance to standards and procedures, identify risks, and recommend solutions; ensure annual organizational reviews of standards and procedures are conducted. - Document findings, perform root cause analyses, provide recommended improvements, and collaborate with other areas in technology to develop new standards and procedures. - Ensure all corrective actions are assigned, documented, and completed; verify traceability in project work products; gather, maintain, and create reports on quality metrics. - Act as an advisor and mentor for junior team members, make evaluative judgments based on analysis of factual information, and provide solutions to problems. - Perform other duties and functions as assigned. Qualifications: - 8-12 years of experience in an IT Quality role. - Demonstrated execution capabilities. - Development experience in a fast-paced, time-to-market-driven environment. - Experience with test automation, test scenario and test scripts creation and modification. - Comfortable with writing complex queries, experience with reporting tools, and hands-on experience with testing automation tools. - Project management experience preferred. - Knowledge of Selenium, SQL, Cucumber, framework, Mocha, Playwright, Cypress, GitHub, CI/CD.
