Job Title: Automation Testing Engineer Location: Noida/Gurgaon, Mumbai Work Hours: Full-time with US overlap (Preferred: -5 hours overlap) Duration: Permanent / Full-time Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Automation Testing Engineer with 5–7 years of experience to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of automation testing tools, database validation, and continuous integration practices. You will be responsible for designing and executing robust automated test scripts to ensure the highest product quality. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium , Robot Framework , and PyTest . Perform database validations and backend testing to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines . Conduct integration testing across systems and APIs. Build and maintain reusable testing libraries for modular and scalable automation. Identify, document, and track defects through resolution. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and provide QA input during sprint planning and reviews. Required Skills: 5–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with strong emphasis on test automation . Proficiency in Selenium , PyTest , Robot Framework , or similar tools. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). Strong knowledge of SQL and database validation techniques . Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud-based testing environments. Exposure to performance testing tools is a plus. Prior experience working in US time zone overlap environments. Show more Show less
