Client of Lider Consultancy Services Job Title: Senior Automation Engineer Location: Coimbatore, India (Hybrid) Shift: 2 PM - 10 PM IST Week Off: Saturday & Sunday Results-oriented Senior Test Automation Engineer with a wealth of experience in designing, implementing, and executing robust automated testing solutions for both web and API environments. Proven expertise in creating scalable and maintainable test frameworks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. Role & responsibilities Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Identify, document, and track software defects. Work with the development team to ensure that defects are resolved promptly. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to the development team. Continuously improve the automation testing process Stay current with technologies and apply best practices Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science or related field of study preferred. 5+ years of Automation experience (Data, API, and Web ). 3+ years Hands on programming experience in C# . 3+ years' Experience with Selenium Web driver automation Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment. Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and Database/backend testing Experience with CI/CD deployment tools like Azure DevOps Experience with version control tools, such as Git Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
