Senior Autodesk Application Support Specialist

As a member of our team at Jacobs, you will play a crucial role in resolving issues for Autodesk product users. Your responsibilities will include researching, verifying, and documenting product defects, as well as providing prompt and efficient assistance to team members experiencing problems with their tools and 3rd party applications & plugins. Additionally, you will be tasked with researching, verifying, and documenting product issues and solutions in clear and concise articles for our Knowledge Base. You will be responsible for handling critical issues with priority and escalating them as necessary, while also ensuring compliance with service level agreements. Performing triage of issues to ensure they are in the correct support queue and documenting support interactions in our company-wide case management system will be part of your daily tasks. Root cause analysis to prevent issue recurrence and escalating customer concerns to senior staff when needed will be key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, along with 6-8 years of industry experience. Proficiency in Autodesk products such as Autocad, Revit, Civil 3D, Plant 3D, Navisworks, Innovyze apps, and knowledge of BIM standards and workflows will be advantageous. Your willingness to troubleshoot and solve problems, work in a hybrid culture with flexible hours, and document issues and solutions effectively will be essential for success.
