As a member of BDO India Services Private Limited, you will be responsible for providing strategic, operational, accounting, tax, and regulatory advisory services to both domestic and international organizations across various industries. Key Responsibilities: - Possess excellent knowledge of Indian GAAP with a working understanding of the differences between Indian GAAP, Ind AS, and US GAAP. - Apply relevant accounting standards, independently handle Ind AS engagements, and conduct research on complex technical accounting issues. - Demonstrate familiarity with applicable laws and regulations, staying updated on new pronouncements related to Ind AS. - Monitor engagement budgets with guidance from the Engagement Manager. - Ensure work is reviewed by the Partner under the supervision of the Engagement Manager. - Take full responsibility for documentation and provide guidance to junior team members. - Assist firm leadership in preparing proposals to secure new mandates. - Willingness to travel within India or abroad.
