As a Senior Associate in Studio Services at Carelon Global Solutions India, you will play a crucial role in handling all design requirements for leader communications. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing visual stories, designing infographics, integrating visuals with written content, staying updated with industry trends, managing multiple projects effectively, ensuring high-quality output, and presenting visual content to various stakeholders. You will also act as the custodian of the corporate brand by aligning with brand guidelines and creating internal and external designs for business updates and stories. - Conceptualizing Visual Stories, including mailers, campaigns, presentations, posters, reports, brochures, logos, online newsletters, videos, and other branding materials - Designing Infographics using design software/tools to simplify complex information - Content Visualization by seamlessly integrating visuals with written content - Researching industry trends and best practices in data visualization and visual storytelling - Incorporating feedback from stakeholders to enhance the impact of visuals - Managing multiple projects, deadlines, and resources efficiently - Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality output in all visual materials - Presenting visual content effectively to teams, clients, or the public - Meeting stakeholders to understand project requirements and create design briefs that meet business needs - Upholding corporate brand guidelines and creating designs for internal and external communications - Bachelor's degree in Design or Fine Arts - 5-7 years of experience in graphic and PowerPoint design, with a strong knowledge of infographics - Proven experience in PowerPoint and graphic designing with the ability to work across various media - Proficiency in design software and technologies such as MS PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects - In-depth knowledge of PowerPoint presentations - Keen eye for aesthetics and detail - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines Elevance Health is a leading healthcare company dedicated to improving lives and communities, while Carelon Global Solutions (CGS) is a healthcare solutions company simplifying operational processes to enhance the health system.
