Senior Associate, SAP Sales & Vistex DMP Pricing

Position Responsibilities

Deliver O2C project implementation, rollouts, enhancements, support, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Organizational Relationships

• Interacting with business stakeholders

  to gather integration requirements, understand business processes, and ensure that integration solutions align with organizational goals and objectives.

• Work with implementation partners

Education and Experience

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's

  in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• 8+ years

  of combined SAP O2C experience, Vistex experience in REBATE/DMP modules & full life cycle implementations.
• This role necessitates a profound understanding of

  data management principles

  , coupled with exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience in life sciences / pharmaceuticals industry

  preferred.

• Domain Expertise

  in Commercial Processes and solutions, Order Management, and integration with upstream planning and downstream logistics processes.
• Solid grasp of

  Order Management functionality

  , Customer Master data, Customer Hierarchy, and integration with other SAP modules like

  Vistex for pricing, Hybris integration for Order to Cash

  .
• Experience with dealing with

  key integration areas

  in Planning, Intercompany sales, Finance, and Logistics are fundamental.
• Demonstrated experience of various IT practices, international projects, including but not limited to,

  project management

  , operational service delivery, and large project implementations.
• Experience participating in

  complex End-to-End SAP implementation

  and migration projects, including

  S/4HANA transformations

  .

Technical Skills Requirements

• Develop, prototype, test and implement

  Vistex REBATE

  , and integration with other SAP modules Salesforce and Hybris integration for O2C.
• Working knowledge of

  and support/implement as part of the Global team, proactively proposing solutions to improve the support of new and existing business processes.

• Experience in Vistex V4 HANA

  modules in several or all the following areas:
• Master Data, Customer Hierarchy, Serial profile, and batch management
• Service Notification and Service Order
• Pricing, Vistex & Taxation
• Agreements, Deals, and promotions
• Periodic and Milestone billing
• Integration with

  SAP Contracts/Sales orders

• Hands-on experience in identifying and working through

  O2C User Exits

  and directing ABAP developers. Ability to debug as needed.
