Description
As a member of the Zoetis India Capability Center (ZICC) in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes and design solutions. You will act as an internal consultant and design architect for SAP global solutions, working closely with Business Partners. Your responsibilities will also include developing, prototyping, testing, and implementing solution improvements to enhance stability, usability, and functionality, enabling end users to achieve their business objectives. Moreover, you will be responsible for SAP Global Trade, O2C Billing, and report directly to the ZICC Product Expert. It is essential to create and maintain technical documentation, such as design documents, user guides, and release notes. Your strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills will be vital in ensuring the continuous performance tuning and reengineering of existing integrations to enhance processing efficiency and reduce latency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and design solutions. - Act as internal consultant and design architect for SAP global solution, working with Business Partners. - Develop, prototype, test and implement solution improvements to increase stability, usability, and functionality to enable end users to meet business objectives. - Responsible for SAP Global Trade, O2C Billing, and report to ZICC Product Expert. - Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and release notes. - Engage in continuous performance tuning and reengineering of existing integrations to improve processing efficiency and reduce latency. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Masters in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field. - 8+ years of combined SAP O2C experience, with a minimum of 4 years of SAP GTS experience. - Experience in life sciences/pharmaceuticals industry preferred. - Domain Expertise in SAP GTS Compliance, Customs & Risk Management Areas. - Experience in SAP S4 HANA and E4 HANA is preferred. - Demonstrated experience in various IT practices, international projects, including project management, operational service delivery, and large project implementations. - Experience participating in complex End-to-End SAP implementation and migration projects, including S/4HANA transformations. At Zoetis India Capability Center, you will interact with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements, understand business processes, and ensure that integration solutions align with organizational goals and objectives. You will also participate in project planning activities, risk assessment, and scheduling for SAP projects. Furthermore, you will collaborate with external vendors, partners, and implementation partners to deploy, configure, or maintain integrated solutions within the Zoetis IT landscape. Your role will involve coordinating with developers and other members of the development team to implement integration solutions, share knowledge, and address technical challenges.
