Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate (Real Estate). The associate will be responsible for tasks related to title diligence, leases, commercial real estate, real estate transactions, and real estate development. The associate will work at the firm's Bengaluru office.

Qualifications

• Prior experience of at least 5 years in real estate/construction related legal roles.
• Experience in leases, commercial real estate, real estate transactions, title diligence, document review, advisory, and real estate development
• Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical and research skills
• Attention to detail and ability to review and draft legal documents
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Law degree from a recognized university
• Experience in the Indian legal industry is a plus
