Senior Associate - Qualified CA

Responsibilities

1.Closely working with startup clients and track on fund utilization, Cap Table management, Data room management, B2B Introductions, periodic investor reporting, prep-up for funding rounds.

2.Valuation of companies by building comprehensive financial models;

3.Undertake market research and identify potential investment targets for buy side or investors for sell side;
4.Undertake industry specific market research and guide potential clients on opportunities in Indian market;5.Coordination with existing clients on management of investor relations;6.Basic understanding of industry outlook and current investment themes;7.Knowledge of Advanced Excel and Power point presentations;8.Generate ideas, create investment write ups and presentations as part of pitch books;9.Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines; and10.Support Global offices on evaluation of potential M&A opportunities.
