Senior Associate, Power Platform

As a Senior Associate Power Platform at RSM, you will be a key player in customizing and developing Power Platform Power Pages solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with Product Managers on various projects, ensuring adherence to best practices, creating end-user documentation, providing support for new and existing products, and conducting quality assurance testing. You must exhibit problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and have a keen interest in understanding RSM's industry targets and product needs. **Responsibilities:** - Gather and analyze requirements to design technical solutions for Power Platform Power Pages. - Validate adherence to RSM and Power Platform UI best practices. - Create end-user regression test cases and scripts. - Update and maintain end-user documentation. - Provide support for product implementation teams. - Assist with form customization for enhanced user experiences. - Conduct load testing and Quality Assurance testing. **Basic Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required. - 3+ years of professional experience. - Experience in developing solutions for complex business needs. - Strong problem-solving skills and sense of urgency. - Excellent client skills and communication abilities. - Understanding of business and IT processes. - Hands-on experience with automated testing. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Power Platform certifications. - Experience with data/application integration architecture. - Proficiency in web-based extensions and scripting techniques. - Knowledge of relational database architecture and SQL queries. - CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript skills. - Familiarity with Power Pages security model. - Experience with ReactJS or AngularJS.
