Role & responsibilities Digital Marketing + Sales profile Pitch and impact assigned customers in accordance with training provided, standards and policies. Must adaptively diagnose, resolve and track end user issues/opportunities based on guidelines, documentation and best practices provided Serve as a trusted consultant with customers to onboard, develop and optimize advertisers campaigns Detect and understand the customers needs and objectives Hit productivity, upsell, and customer impact targets. Handle a high volume of potential clients on a daily basis through outbound and inbound calls Manage day to day activities independently and proactively based on customer needs and incentives Preferred candidate profile Knowledge of managing SEM, PPC, Campaign creation Thorough product knowledge of Google Ads Should be clear with Fundamentals, Search, Display, Mobile, YouTube, Shopping and Analytics Pay Per Click and knowledge of other Digital Marketing terminologies Pitch and impact assigned clients in accordance with training provided, standards and policies Must adaptively diagnose, resolve and track end user issues/opportunities based on guidelines, documentation and best practices provided Serve as a trusted consultant to onboard, develop and optimize advertiser’s campaigns
