Senior Associate- Gender and Health

Role Overview: You will support the implementation of IHAT's GenEqual project and Gender Equality Strategy. Working closely with the Team Lead- Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) and program teams, you will focus on integrating gender, equity, and inclusion principles into health programs and organizational operations. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Team Lead and program teams to integrate gender, equity, and inclusion principles into health programs. - Support the implementation of IHAT's GenEqual project and Gender Equality Strategy. - Work towards ensuring that gender considerations are mainstreamed across all program activities. - Contribute to enhancing the understanding of gender and social inclusion issues within the organization.
