About The Team As a Senior Associate in Meesho's Fulfillment and Experience (F&E) team, you will play a crucial role in steering our rapidly growing rocketship. Your efforts will directly influence the shopping experience of millions of e-commerce users in Bharat. Our team comprises a diverse group of over 100 professionals, each committed to solving problems from first principles. With a wide range of skill sets, our responsibilities span from operational support to supply chain management and analytics. Your role within the team will involve reimagining logistics from the ground up, involving numerous innovative projects to reshape the e-commerce landscape not only in India but globally. About The Role We are seeking individuals who are proactive, creative problem solvers to join the Planning team within Fulfilment & Experience. Collaborating closely with Planning managers overseeing fulfillment and user/supplier experience, you will contribute to enhancing our user interactions. Your primary focus will involve leading strategic initiatives and impactful projects aimed at revolutionizing our approach to user engagement. Your overarching goal will be to position Meesho as the preferred e-commerce platform for all our customers, small entrepreneurs, and users. Through user-centered, cost-efficient designs and processes, you will address this goal daily and assume responsibility for the performance metrics within Fulfillment and Experience. What You Will Do - Develop long-term and short-term projections aligned with organizational objectives to drive business scalability - Conduct in-depth analysis of data and operational challenges to forecast daily volumes, ensuring transparency and actionable insights for all supply chain stakeholders - Lead end-to-end programs involving internal and external partners to enhance the end-user experience - Utilize data analysis to generate insights and identify areas for enhancement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes that optimize projection accuracy and elevate customer experience - Engage with analytics, product, fulfillment, 3PL, and leadership teams to enhance user experience and reduce operational costs What You Will Need - Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 1-2 years of experience in start-ups, consumer internet companies, management consulting, or operations - Strong data-driven approach to problem-solving - Demonstrated ability to formulate business strategies independently - Proven track record of initiating and driving projects with minimal supervision - Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL is advantageous - Proficient in managing multiple stakeholders across various fronts,
