Supervised and monitored performance of dispatch employees which is reporting. 8 Resolved customer complaints promptly and professionally while maintaining a friendly demeanour. 9 Addressed customer concerns and employee issues personally by listening and presenting suitable solutions. 10. Your role will involve carrying out cost-effective jobs based on standard maintenance practices, maintenance as per Equipment Standards, and engineering standard guidelines. You must ensure that all activities related to operational issues and product material handling are performed following safe practices. Accountability for rectification is crucial in case of any defects arising during day-to-day job execution due to poor maintenance, poor workmanship, human error, non-compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) or guidelines, or lack of proper training. Your attention to detail is necessary to ensure defect-free quality work. Maintaining high housekeeping standards is also part of your responsibilities, along with the execution of identified contractor jobs or findings communicated by the operations team.
