Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Associate Food and Beverage located in Kodaikanal. The Senior Associate will be responsible for overseeing daily food service operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, and assisting in culinary tasks. The role includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness standards, and effectively communicating with team members and guests to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and skills in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Basic Culinary Skills and kitchen experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Hospitality-related certifications or degrees are beneficial
