Senior Associate Finance, International Accounting

As part of the International Controllership team at Publicis Sapient, you will play a crucial role in finalizing financial information on a monthly basis in accordance with Groupe policies. Your responsibilities will include preparing accurate and comprehensive monthly operating reports, providing commentary on variances, and supporting Finance teams in international markets with complex accounting processes. Additionally, you will assist in internal and external audit processes, ensure compliance with financial controls, and identify internal control weaknesses. Your qualifications for this role include being a Chartered Accountant or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience. Strong educational achievements at the school or higher educational institute level are also required. To set yourself apart, you should have knowledge of IFRS accounting standards, experience with ERP systems, SAP, and HFM, as well as proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Advanced skills in MS Excel, experience with large volume data systems like Power BI, and strong financial data review abilities are essential. Effective time management, fluent communication skills in English, and attributes such as excellent communication, analytical skills, and a proactive attitude will be beneficial in this role.
