Job Description

As a Senior Associate in the Expert Services team at Kroll, you will be responsible for supporting engagements related to financial securities matters, economic damages analyses, forensic accounting matters, investigative services, and other dispute consulting. Your role will involve providing advisory services to clients on contractual and dispute-related matters, forensically analyzing large quantities of data, reviewing project budgets and estimates, computing resource and cost requirements, and more. You will also be involved in reviewing contracts, assessing contractual risks, developing and pursuing claims, and attending marketing events. **Responsibilities:** - Providing advisory services to clients on contractual and dispute-related matters - Forensically analyzing large quantities of data, dissecting it, and presenting it in a clear format or report - Reviewing project budgets and estimates - Computing the quantum of resources and costs required for the project - Reviewing rate analysis of various project elements - Reviewing variation/change orders and contracts - Developing and pursuing claims up or down the supply chain - Quantum forensic analysis of tender, contract, and claims documentation - Gathering information related to disputes - Reviewing documents across various project types and industries - Supporting Quantum experts in international arbitration and litigation - Drafting notes and external communications for project scope and work streams - Attending marketing events, client events, seminars, and lectures **Requirements:** - Degree level education in a construction or Quantity Surveying related field - Relevant MSc would be an advantage - RICS or MRICS qualified preferred - 3-5 years of construction-related industry experience ideally - 1+ years of detailed Quantum forensic analysis experience - Experience in drafting sections of expert reports - Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel and handling large datasets - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and report writing skills - Energetic, pro-active, and professional attitude - Curious to learn more about the industry and field - Fluent in English (both written and spoken) Kroll's Expert Services practice is known for its high-quality work and is sought after by top law firms and companies globally.
