Job Description

As a Senior Associate in Kroll's Expert Services team, your role will involve providing advisory services to clients on contractual and dispute-related matters. You will be responsible for forensically analyzing large quantities of data, presenting it clearly in reports, and reviewing project budgets and estimates. Your expertise will be crucial in computing the resources and costs required for projects, reviewing contracts, assessing risks, and developing and pursuing claims. Key Responsibilities: - Provide advisory services to clients on contractual and dispute-related matters - Forensically analyze large quantities of data and present findings clearly - Review project budgets, estimates, rate analysis, variation/change orders, and contractual risks - Develop and pursue claims up or down the supply chain - Perform Quantum forensic analysis of tender, contract, and claims documentation - Review documents on various project types in industries such as infrastructure, oil & gas, and residential - Support Quantum experts in international arbitration and litigation with analysis and drafting expert reports - Attend marketing events, client events, seminars, and lectures to build relationships Qualifications Required: - Degree level education in a construction or Quantity Surveying related field - Relevant MSc would be an advantage - RICS or MRICS qualified preferred - 3-5 years of construction industry experience ideally - 1+ years of detailed Quantum forensic analysis experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and handling large sets of data - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and exceptional report writing skills - Energetic, pro-active, and professional attitude - Fluent in English (both written and spoken) About Kroll: Kroll's Expert Services practice offers economic damages, shareholder disputes, forensic accounting, valuation, and investigative services to top law firms and companies globally.
