As a Senior Associate Data Analytics , you will be responsible for thinking and delivering across multiple accounts , leveraging your deep experience in data solutions to ensure success. You will play a lead role in developing and driving the team and the business to maximize value from data. Your Impact: What You'll Achieve Delivering analytics and optimization solutions . Leading business requirement conversations with external partners to understand their needs and translate them into measurable KPIs. Creating experiences within optimization tools or connecting with CRM developed experiences. Designing end-to-end analytics solutions to convert requirements into a Solution Design Reference (SDR) , defining data layers and tagging guides for analytics and marketing tools. Creating and maintaining Adobe Analytics JavaScript tags and plugins , with the ability to validate and debug them using relevant debugging tools. Understanding the Adobe Marketing stack and how various tools integrate to build data-driven businesses. Qualifications: Your Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in Analytics implementation . Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, AT&T, and Optimizely . Working knowledge of Adobe Launch . Strong experience in at least the programming languages: JavaScript, HTML, R, and Python . Hands-on working knowledge of Adobe Audience Manager (AAM) and Salesforce (Krux) . Well-versed and working knowledge with Adobe Report Builder, Workspace, GA console . Testing tool experience on Omnibug, Httpfox . Bachelor's degree and 4 to 6 years of work experience or any combination of education, training, and/or experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. Set Yourself Apart With: Good knowledge of web trends and core metrics. Knowledge of tag management tools like Tealium/Ensighten . Knowledge of BI Tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Qlikview, Datorama. Cloud knowledge on GCP/Azure/AWS .
