Senior Associate - Capacity & Resource Management

You are looking for a Senior Associate C&RM Audit to join the team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in Resource Management (RM). Your main responsibilities will include demand forecasting and planning, governance and metrics, and stakeholder management. You will be in charge of planning and executing RM processes, owning governance and review of RM parameters, collaborating with the business to drive metrics, building relationships with business leaders and managers, and conducting regular practitioner connects. The required skills for this role are RM expertise with strong attention to detail and organizational skills, leadership skills including conflict resolution and effective communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools. This position is based in Bangalore and requires a notice period of immediate to 60 days.
