Senior Associate, Boomi AI Solutions

As a Senior Boomi AI Solutions professional at RSM, your primary focus will be designing and delivering AI-powered business solutions on the Boomi platform. You will work closely with client business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into innovative AI-enabled solutions. Your role will involve leading the design and development of AI-driven solutions, collaborating with global delivery teams, and researching emerging AI/ML technologies to enhance solutions within the Boomi ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Work directly with client teams to gather requirements and translate them into AI-enabled solutions. - Lead the design and development of AI-driven solutions using Boomi AI and related integration/automation technologies. - Collaborate with global delivery teams to ensure effective testing, deployment, and maintenance of solutions. - Research emerging AI/ML technologies and identify opportunities to apply them within the Boomi ecosystem. - Develop solution accelerators, reusable components, and implementation best practices. - Contribute to team knowledge sharing and provide support to junior colleagues when needed. - Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and technical enablement within the team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 6+ years of experience in technical solution development or integration roles. - Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts such as NLP, predictive analytics, generative AI, and automation. - Hands-on experience with at least one AI/ML framework or service like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or OpenAI APIs. - Proven expertise in Boomi integration and automation, with the ability to extend solutions using AI/ML. - Experience with relational databases and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP. - Strong problem-solving and solution design skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to various audiences.
