Senior Associate- Assurance- Non FS- Gurgaon

As a member of the team at M S K A & Associates, your role will involve performing various testing procedures such as substantive and controls testing, vouching, verification, etc. You will be required to provide necessary support to the team manager on assurance engagement formalities and handle allocated areas of work, including testing and relevant assurance procedures. Your responsibilities will also include preparing assurance work papers, ensuring compliance with firm policies, and regulatory requirements, as well as managing and supervising junior team members, including article staff. Additionally, you will act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the team with the client, facilitating data flow, communication, coordination, and discussions. You will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external teams, including client personnel, for information and data. Your role will also involve supporting the team in standardizing processes, documentation, analyzing technical issues, and researching solutions. Furthermore, you will support the team manager in project management activities, such as preparing status updates, compiling requirements lists, and participating in meetings with various teams to contribute insights related to the areas and responsibilities handled. It will be essential for you to understand business and industry issues/trends, ensure timely delivery of working papers as per defined timelines, and comply with engagement plans, internal quality, and risk management procedures.
