Senior Architectural Draftsman

Role Overview: As an Architectural Drafter, you will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and construction documents. Your role will involve converting conceptual designs and hand sketches into CAD/ BIM drawings, updating drawings during design development and construction stages, and producing working drawings for permits, tender, and construction. Key Responsibilities: - Develop 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant tools. - Perform drawing revisions, clash checks, and model coordination. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants. - Ensure alignment of architectural drawings with structural, MEP, interior, and landscape drawings. - Attend coordination meetings as needed. - Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and project standards. - Maintain drawing accuracy, uniformity, and proper layer management. - Organize and maintain drawing files, backups, and version control. - Prepare BOQs, material schedules, and shop drawings if required. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting. - Knowledge of building codes and regulations. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Excellent organizational skills for file management and version control.,
