JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Architect will lead the design, development, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring they meet aesthetic, functional, and structural requirements. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, managing project timelines, and overseeing the integration of advanced building systems while adhering to local building codes, sustainability goals, and client requirements. JOB DESCRIPTION: Lead architectural design from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client needs and project goals. Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to integrate all building systems seamlessly. Develop detailed architectural plans, drawings, and 3D models using software like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp. Conduct feasibility studies and prepare design proposals for clients. Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory standards. Provide expert guidance on material selection, construction techniques, and cost-effective solutions. Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates. Mentor and guide junior architects and engineers, ensuring professional development. Facilitate communication between architects, contractors, and stakeholders. Conduct site inspections to ensure construction aligns with design specifications. Implement quality control measures and resolve technical issues during construction. Integrate sustainable practices into designs, focusing on energy efficiency and environmental impact. Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Present design concepts and updates to clients and stakeholders. JOB QUALIFICATIONS & KNOWLEDGE: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architectural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in architectural design related to Oil and Gas. Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools). Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and sustainability principles. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Good communication Abilities. CERTIFICATIONS (PREFERRED): Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA). KEY COMPETENCIES: Creativity and attention to detail. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and mentorship. WORKING CONDITIONS: Combination of office and site-based work environments. May require occasional travel to project sites.
