Job Summary:

Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the client stakeholders to define the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with client business stakeholders on need basis to gather requirements.
• Come up with the Solution Architecture, High Level design, database design and implementation plan.
• Prepare SRS, LLD, and technical design documentation aligned with enterprise standards
• Conducting technical Proof of concept to evaluate ideas and feasibility assessment and a technical recommendation.
• Work on end-to-end technical implementation, which may involve hands-on coding in Node.js, Python, or cloud-native services..
• Work with the MResult project team to elaborate user requirements, technical solution and an implementation plan.
• Troubleshooting and identifying the root cause and come up with the issue resolution.
• Continuous improvement to address tech debts, proposing technical enhancements, process improvements.
• Work on solution proposals for RFP/RFI on need basis.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive architectures, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability
• Create and maintain best reference architectures, standards, and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering teams
• Mentor junior architects and developers on the best practices.
• Conduct design reviews, architecture governance, and risk assessments.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure scalable, maintainable, and secure applications.
• Architect secure integrations with external services and APIs (OAuth2, VPNs, tokens, secrets management, WAF, IP whitelisting).
• Define CI/CD strategies with Bitbucket, CloudFormation, and AWS DevOps tooling for automated deployments.
• Implement cloud-native monitoring & alerting (CloudWatch, X-Ray, SES) for operational excellence.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of proven experience in designing large-scale enterprise systems and distributed architectures.
• Strong expertise in Azure, AWS, Python, NodeJs, Docker, LangChain, Solution Architecture, C#, .Net
• Strong expertise in AWS (VPC, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS/PostgreSQL, CloudFormation, CloudFront, SES, Cognito, Secrets Manager)
• Frontend technologies like React, Angular and, ASP.Net MVC
• Deep knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF).
• Understanding of security principles, identity management, and data protection.
• Experience with solution architecture methodologies and documentation standards
• Deep understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), RESTful APIs, and message brokers.
• Hands-on experience in preparing SRS, HLD, LLD, and DB design documents
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Added Advantage (Preferred Skills)

• Experience with workflow engines such as Camunda BPM (workflow automation, orchestration).
• Experience with GIS/ArcGIS systems (ArcGIS Server, Map Services, GP Services, geoprocessing, and spatial data workflows).
• Familiarity with EKS (Kubernetes) for containerized workloads.

• Should carry a strategic mindset converting business problem into technical implementation.
• Very good people skills as this role needs dealing with engineering teams, internal/external stakeholders to get their buy-ins as per the need.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
