Senior Architect - Interior and Civil Architectural

You will be working as a Senior Architect - Interior and Civil Architectural for our prestigious Architectural Client in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Your main responsibilities will include: **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Manage a team of creative professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation. - Perform project management duties, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. - Monitor art scene developments to incorporate the latest trends into our designs. - Collaborate with designers and other professionals to create cohesive and visually appealing interior spaces. - Manage your portfolio, showcasing your best work to clients and stakeholders. - Create interior design concepts that are innovative, functional, and reflective of client needs. - Project planning from scratch and producing drawings for the same for better execution. - Supervise interior design project execution, ensuring the vision is accurately brought to life. - Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering using tools such as Sketch Up, Lumion, VRay, 3ds Max, or Blender. **Required Skills and Knowledge:** - B.Arch or B.E.Civil with relevant experience - Strong knowledge of civil and structure - Strong knowledge of MEPF - Strong knowledge and speed in designing - Strong knowledge of RCP and Folded elevation - Knowledge of interior design- preferable - Should have handled green field projects in the past - 15+ years of experience in interior and architecture - Strong Project Management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time Please note that face-to-face, in-person meetings will be required at the client office, at least once.
