As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading a team of creative professionals, ensuring collaboration and innovation thrive in the work environment. Your primary role will involve managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. Staying updated with the latest trends in the art scene will be crucial to incorporate cutting-edge designs into our projects. Collaboration with designers and other team members will be essential to create cohesive and visually appealing interior spaces that reflect client needs. You will also be tasked with curating and presenting your portfolio to clients and stakeholders, showcasing your best work effectively. Your responsibilities will include developing interior design concepts that are not only innovative but also functional. With a focus on green field projects, you will be involved in project planning from scratch, producing detailed drawings for precise execution. Supervising the execution of interior design projects will be part of your role to ensure the envisioned concepts are accurately brought to life. To excel in this position, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering with relevant experience. A strong knowledge of civil and structural engineering, MEPF systems, designing skills, RCP, Folded elevation, and interior design concepts is necessary. Proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering tools like Sketch Up, Lumion, VRay, 3ds Max, or Blender is also required. The ideal candidate will have at least 7-8 years of experience in interior design and architecture, demonstrating strong project management skills and a proven track record of delivering projects successfully on time. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring in-person work at the designated location.
