Your skills in Expediting and Expeditor operations, along with expertise in Inspection and quality compliance enforcement, will be crucial. Strong capabilities in Logistics Management for both procurement and supply chain are essential for successful project execution. Your leadership qualities and ability to coordinate effectively with team members, consultants, clients, and contractors will be paramount. As a Senior Architect, you should possess a B.Arch or B.E. Civil qualification along with relevant experience. Your role will require a strong understanding of civil and structure, MEPF, designing, RCP, folded elevation, and preferably interior design. Experience in handling green field projects in the past will be advantageous. In this position, you will be responsible for managing a team of creative professionals, promoting collaboration and innovation. Your duties will include project management to ensure timely, within budget, and high-quality project completion. It is essential to stay updated on art scene developments to integrate the latest trends into designs. Collaborating with designers and professionals will be crucial to create cohesive and visually appealing interior spaces. Additionally, you will manage your portfolio to present your best work to clients and stakeholders. Developing innovative, functional, and client-centric interior design concepts will be part of your responsibilities. You will be involved in project planning from scratch, producing drawings for effective execution, and supervising project implementation to ensure the accurate realization of the vision.
