Responsibilities:

Develop design concepts and create detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections

Prepare presentation drawings and 3D models to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.

Create working drawings and Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, and contractors, to ensure project execution

Ensure design intent is executed accurately.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to deliver innovative and creative designs

Requirements:

BArch or Degree in Interior Designing

5-6 years experience in any reputable architect firm with specialisation in high-end commercial projects

Strong knowledge of interior decoration, space planning

Good Visualisation skills , AutoCAD , Sketch-up , Vray etc MS office

Prepare Production & Shop Floor Designs for Execution.

Good communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
