Senior Architect Engineer

As a Senior Architect Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and overseeing all stages of architectural design and development. - Preparing detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and 3D visualizations. - Coordinating with structural, MEP, and interior design teams for cohesive project execution. - Conducting site visits to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and timelines. - Reviewing and approving architectural designs, materials, and construction methods. - Managing project documentation, design approvals, and compliance with local regulations. - Collaborating with clients to deliver customized design solutions. - Supervising and mentoring junior architects and design staff. - Ensuring projects align with sustainability and environmental standards. - Preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents when required. Qualifications & Skills required for this role: - Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and related design tools. - Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and construction practices. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Preferred Attributes include being a Registered Architect with COA certification (if applicable) and having experience in commercial, residential, or industrial architecture projects with knowledge of sustainable and green building design principles.
