Senior Architect

Job Description

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with on-site teams and internal teams to create architectural and interior concepts and designs that suit client requirements and project objectives. - Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using industry-standard software and tools. - Conduct site visits to evaluate project feasibility, gather information, and ensure adherence to building codes and regulations. - Coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, such as clients, contractors, and consultants. - Conduct research on emerging trends, new materials, and technologies to enhance design solutions. - Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews to offer feedback and contribute to project enhancement. Preferred candidate profile Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably working on commercial, residential, or institutional projects. - Expertise in design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, V-ray, Enscape, Lumion or similar tools. - Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques. - Outstanding presentation and communication skills to effectively convey design ideas and concepts. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a drive for innovation & creativity.
