Lead the architectural design and development of large-scale aviation and infrastructure projects (airports, terminals, metro stations, Buildings, Hospitals, Hotel etc.) from concept to construction.Manage cross-disciplinary design teams and coordinate with engineers, planners and project stakeholders.Review and ensure compliance with building codes, airport authority guidelines, international standards, and safety regulations.Oversee preparation of drawings, reports, schedules, and presentation material in line with AECOM quality standards and as per Project requirements.Lead client presentations and design workshops; act as the key point of contact for Design matters.Guide junior team members and support professional development through mentoring.Collaborate on business development initiatives, including proposal writing, technical input, and client engagement. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and deliverable schedules.Have expertise on working in REVIT and other architectural software's needed for design development.Follow the project schedule and manage the project deliverables for timely deliverables.
Minimum 10–15 years of post-qualication experience in architecture, with signicant exposure to airport/aviation and large infrastructure projects.Proven portfolio of built projects in aviation terminals, airport infrastructure, or large transit/intermodal facilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
