Job Description

As a seasoned professional with 8-12 years of experience, you will be leading the Application Support and Maintenance (ASM) initiatives for enterprise-grade systems built on the .NET framework. Your role will involve a blend of deep technical expertise, functional business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and cross-platform integration. You should be a proactive problem-solver, clear communicator, and strategic thinker comfortable working across time zones with U.S.-based customers. - Lead Level 2 and Level 3 support for .NET-based applications - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability - Manage incident, problem, and change management processes - Collaborate with development teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and deployments - Maintain the SLAs for priority tickets and lead to problem resolution - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders - Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical solutions - Document Knowledge articles and Business processes - Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements - Support UAT and post-deployment validation - Query and optimize SQL Server databases to support application functionality - Perform data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting using advanced SQL techniques - Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across environments - Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to support integration between .NET applications and SAP modules - Ensure seamless data flow and business process alignment across platforms - Serve as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors - Facilitate regular status meetings, issue resolution, and expectation alignment - Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language - Demonstrate flexibility to work in overlapping U.S. time zones to support customer needs - Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams across geographies - Ensure timely communication and resolution of issues for U.S.-based stakeholders - Identify opportunities to optimize support processes and reduce downtime - Contribute to knowledge base creation and maintenance - Mentor junior team members and promote best practices - 10+ years of experience in .NET application development and support - Strong functional experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments - Strong understanding of Application support protocols - Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Web Services, and related technologies - Hands-on experience with SQL database design, optimization, and troubleshooting - Experience integrating .NET applications with SAP systems using standard protocols - Solid understanding of ITIL processes and application lifecycle management - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships across business and technical domains - Willingness and ability to work in overlapping U.S. time zones - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field,
