Senior Android / Flutter Developer Team Lead

With strong technical expertise in Android and Flutter development, along with proven experience in leading teams, you will play a crucial role in understanding and managing client requirements effectively. Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, you are the ideal candidate for this position. Your responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end development of mobile applications using Android (Kotlin) and/or Flutter (Dart). You will implement and enforce best practices, design patterns, and coding standards across the team. Collaborating with product managers, designers, and clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions will be a key part of your role. Additionally, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews for junior developers, as well as effectively managing stakeholder expectations and delivery timelines, will be essential aspects of your work. As a Senior Android/Flutter Developer Team Lead, you will take ownership of project architecture, performance, scalability, and security. Identifying risks, developing mitigation plans, staying current with emerging technologies, and continuously improving development processes are all part of your responsibilities. You should have 5+ years of experience in mobile app development with strong hands-on skills in Android (Kotlin) and/or Flutter (Dart), along with expertise in building and deploying apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store. A deep understanding of mobile architecture, state management, RESTful APIs, and third-party integrations is required. Moreover, you should possess a strong grasp of mobile design guidelines, performance optimization, and responsive UI design. Experience in working with Agile/Scrum teams and tools like JIRA, Git, CI/CD pipelines, etc., is crucial. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to coordinate with internal teams and external clients effectively. You should also be capable of understanding client requirements, assessing technical feasibility, proposing optimal solutions, and demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills. Additional skills such as experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or mobile analytics tools, prior experience with cross-platform app development and native module integration, familiarity with unit testing frameworks, code quality tools, and performance monitoring, will be advantageous.
