MACS (Marketing and Creative Services) at Capgemini is a shared services organization dedicated to providing end-to-end marketing and creative services to marketing, sales, and delivery teams worldwide. With a team of over 200 marketing, creative, and digital professionals based in India and Poland, we are a truly global entity. This role is based in Mumbai or Kolkata and requires 7-9 years of experience. As a part of the global Marketing & Creative Services team (MACS), you will collaborate with marketing teams (both onshore and offshore) to build enterprise data and analytics solutions that result in meaningful KPI dashboards for Capgemini Group. Your responsibilities will include driving BI and Data Analytics solutions aligned with marketing and business objectives, as well as gaining an in-depth understanding of the digital landscape within the organization and among key competitors. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in marketing/campaign briefings, solution architecture building, and design activities - Implement tracking tags using Google Tag Manager to measure web & marketing campaign performance - Develop integrated corporate visualization solutions from multiple data sources to enable insight and decision-making - Create data models and performance measures for scorecard analysis - Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present results effectively - Establish data visualization standards and explore new tools to enhance those standards - Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reporting through proactive measures - Conduct exploratory data analysis and data pre-processing to identify patterns and trends Experience/Skills: - Collaborate closely with platforms team, digital & marketing teams - Excellent presentation skills for reports and dashboards Education Qualification: - Bachelor's or Master's/Equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar quantitative discipline Skills (Competencies): Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, assisting organizations in transitioning to a digital and sustainable world.
