Senior Analyst Technology Operations

As a Senior Analyst, Operations, your role involves executing transactions according to guidelines and timelines to meet SLA targets and exceed performance parameters within company norms. You will resolve individual cases requiring re-work to ensure high Customer Satisfaction (C-Sat) scores. Additionally, you will: - Come up with new ideas to enhance your work area - Identify personal learning goals and prioritize learning through formal and informal mechanisms - Set challenging goals, deliver on them with a sense of urgency, and focus on delivering accurate outputs in a timely manner - Conduct training for the team to ensure skill development - Support the Account Manager in training team members on processes/domain for high Employee Satisfaction (E-Sat) - Handle escalations and assist in resolving them at the process level for enhanced customer satisfaction - Participate in ideation, document reengineered processes, and train the team to meet commitments continuously - Promote awareness and understanding of best practices and policies related to business applications - Participate in Quality Control activities to ensure high-quality output from the team Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree (BA/B.Sc/B.Tech) - 2+ years of experience with tools like Salesforce CRM & EDI software - Experience working with Selerix and electronic enrollment platforms - Familiarity with XML & CSV file formats for research and editing - Critical thinking, logical approach, flexibility, and quick learning ability - Willingness to work in US shifts Preferred skillsets for this role include: - Training experience - Knowledge of insurance products - Strong written and verbal communication skills,
