Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for completing all tax or statutory audit work required for the designated Global Finance Accounting Entities (GFA entities) of the team. Your role will involve ensuring accurate, complete, and timely statutory and tax filings for designated GFA entities. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying and implementing standardized processes and procedures across countries and entities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial reporting. Your responsibilities will also include calculating, tracking, and monitoring adjustments needed to convert financial statements prepared under the Global Process Model to comply with local legislation. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in external reporting delivery, ensuring the timely and accurate submission of financial statements and tax returns for the designated GFA entities. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, successful conclusion of statutory and tax audit activities, and driving key projects for process improvement will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Completion of all tax or statutory audit work required for the designated Global Finance Accounting Entities (GFA entities) of the team. - Ensuring accurate, complete, and timely statutory and tax filings for designated GFA entities. - Identifying and driving implementation of standardized processes and procedures across countries and entities. - Calculating, tracking, and monitoring adjustments required for financial statement conversion. - Contracted for external reporting delivery to ensure timely and accurate reporting. - Timely and accurate submission of financial statements and tax returns. - Achieving local compliance for all external reporting activities. - Driving key projects essential for process improvement. - Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. - Successful conclusion of statutory and tax audit activities. - Strong planning and organizing ability to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. Qualifications Required: - CA qualification with 1-2 years PQE in Statutory reporting, preferably in the UK region. - Minimum education to degree level or equivalent. - Experience in a similar financial reporting position with exposure to multiple Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) methods. - Experience working in a Global business within a multi-currency & country environment. - Extensive experience in the preparation of full statutory accounts and the statutory audit process. - Fluency in English language. - Expertise with the SAP ERP System would be highly beneficial. - Candidates having working experience in Big 4 are preferred. - Bachelors/Masters degree with Finance and experience in statutory Audit.
